Vinyl records are specialized products that differ from general consumer goods. Please review the information below carefully before making a purchase.
1.Jacket, Inserts, and Packaging Condition
The following conditions may occur during the manufacturing and logistics process and are not considered product defects.
Minor jacket wrinkles, light pressure marks, corner dents, or small creases
Partial splitting or minor tearing of paper inner sleeves
Slight misalignment, bubbles, or placement variance in disc labels
Outer plastic (O.P.P) sealing methods may vary by manufacturer and country
(Japanese-pressed LPs may be shipped unsealed)Minor creasing of included items such as inner sleeves, posters, or inserts
Paper inner sleeves may develop small splits or tears during shipping due to contact with the record
If a printed inner sleeve is damaged, a 1:1 replacement may be possible only if spare stock is available from the manufacturer.
Plain, unprinted standard inner sleeves are not eligible for return or exchange.
Even if an exterior issue is identified, returns or exchanges may be restricted if the product value has been diminished due to opening or handling.
2. Vinyl Disc Surface Condition
Due to the nature of the vinyl pressing process, the following conditions fall within acceptable manufacturing tolerances and are not considered defects.
Minor warping or surface waviness caused by heat during production
Light hairline marks, superficial scratches, or minor surface blemishes
Artwork imperfections that do not affect playback
Tight center hole tolerance resulting from manufacturing variation
(adjustable using appropriate tools if necessary)
A product will be considered defective only if the same playback issue is reproducible on professional inspection equipment with adjustable tracking force and anti-skating, and normal playback is not possible.
3. Color Vinyl Notice
Due to manufacturing characteristics, the following conditions are not considered defects for color vinyl records.
Returns or exchanges based on the reasons below may be restricted after opening.
Differences between on-screen images and the actual disc color
Color tone variations between copies of the same title
Natural variations such as color bleeding, marbling patterns, spots, or streaks resulting from the production process

Portable or all-in-one turntables without adjustable tracking force
Looping, skipping, one-channel playback, distortion, or noise occurring on entry-level turntables
Improper tracking force, cartridge misalignment, tonearm balance issues, or stylus wear
Equipment limitations such as lack of anti-skating support or improper leveling
Playback environment factors including dust, static electricity, or stylus contamination
All products are inspected using professional playback equipment with adjustable tracking force and anti-skating.
If a product plays normally on such equipment, it will be regarded as a non-defective item, and returns or exchanges may be restricted.
5. Storage and Handling Notice
Vinyl records are highly sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. Even brief exposure to heat sources or sunlight may cause deformation.
Warping discovered after opening does not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect, as storage conditions can affect vinyl even when sealed.
For this reason, customers are strongly advised to open and inspect their records and test playback promptly after delivery.
6. Exchange and Return Policy
In accordance with applicable laws and our policy, return or exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
However, returns or exchanges may be restricted in the following cases.
The product has been used or shows signs of use
The product has been damaged due to customer responsibility
The product has become unsuitable for resale due to time elapsed
Packaging or included components are damaged or missing

Exchanges may be offered only under the following conditions.
A playback defect is confirmed using professional inspection equipment
A clear pressing defect prevents normal playback
Exchanges are limited to the same title and same quantity.
