Incorrect Address or Failure to Receive
If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete recipient information, or failure to receive the package, the parcel may be discarded by the courier or customs. In such cases, no refund or reshipment will be provided.
Unpaid Customs Duties / Customs Clearance Failure
If the recipient fails to pay required customs duties or complete customs procedures within the local deadline, the package will be disposed of by customs.
In this case, no refund will be issued.
Damaged Item Notice
If your item arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the outer and inner packaging. A video is appreciated, if possible.

Local customs and carriers (e.g., Chronopost) may charge import VAT and a clearance handling fee (around €20–25), even for gifts or free replacements. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
1. Jacket / Packaging / Included Items
The following conditions are common in manufacturing and logistics and are not considered defects:
1. Minor corner dents, edge creases, seam splits, or slight damage to jackets or inner sleeves
2. Minor label misalignment, bubbles, or adhesion variations
3. Unsealed outer sleeves for certain pressings (e.g., most Japanese LPs)
4. Light creases on inserts or printed materials
5. Discontinuation of digital download codes without prior notice
※ Items opened after visible exterior issues are identified cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Vinyl Disc Condition
Due to the nature of vinyl manufacturing, the following characteristics are within normal tolerance:
1. Minor warping or slight ripple caused by heat-based pressing
2. Light hairline marks, small surface scuffs, or printing imperfections
3. Surface dust or small residue that does not affect playback
4. Tight center holes caused by pressing variations (adjustable with proper tools)
5. Only playback issues that can be reproduced on professional equipment (with adjustable tracking force and anti-skating) and that prevent normal playback are considered defects. Minor noise, color-vinyl characteristics, or issues caused by the customer’s playback environment are not eligible.
3. Color Vinyl (Color Pressing) Policy
The following characteristics are inherent to color vinyl production and are not defects. Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted after opening.
1. Color differences between product images and actual records
2. Variations in tone or pattern between individual units
3. Occurrence of swirl, streaks, spots, or color bleeding during production
4. Playback Policy
Playback issues caused by the customer’s equipment setup or hardware limitations
are not considered product defects.
The following cases are not eligible for return/exchange:
1. Playback on non-adjustable tracking force turntables (all-in-one units), including:
Looping or repeating at specific points
Skipping
Playback only on one channel
Distortion, noise, or unstable tracking
2. Incorrect tracking force, cartridge misalignment, worn stylus, tonearm imbalance
3. Speed instability, lack of anti-skating, or mechanical limitations
4. Dust, static electricity, stylus contamination, or improper playback environment
※ All inspections are performed on professional turntables with adjustable tracking force and anti-skating.
If a record plays normally on such equipment, it is considered a non-defective product.
5. Eligible Cases for Exchange
Exchanges are available only when:
The record fails playback on certified inspection equipment, or
A clear pressing defect is confirmed.
※ Exchanges are limited to identical titles and quantities.
※ Limited editions may not be replaceable if stock is unavailable.
6. Required Information for Exchange Requests
To process a playback or visual defect claim, please provide:
1. Video showing the exact playback issue (required)
2. Turntable information: model name, brand, cartridge type, tracking force capability
3. Additional photos or videos if needed
*Turntable data may be used to confirm whether the issue stems from non-adjustable or low-grade equipment.
